Two diamond rings were stolen from a house after thieves raided two homes in Barnt Green, police in Worcestershire have said.

Pictures of the rings were released by detectives following the thefts, which saw offenders make off with high-value jewellery from both addresses on Saturday.

The rings were "not only of financial value but also emotional value" to the owner of one of the houses in Edgewood Drive, West Mercia Police said.

The force said CCTV at one home captured footage of two men, just before 18:00 GMT, but their faces were not visible. Officers have appealed for information.
