Have you heard of padel? It is a racquet sport blending elements of tennis and squash that is becoming increasingly popular in London.

The sport began in Mexico in the 1960s and 70s and is widely popular across Latin America and Europe.

Here in the capital, it is starting to take off too, with padel clubs seeing a rapid rise in memberships.

But, with a limited number of courts it can be expensive and difficult to secure a venue.
