Voters go to polls across Hampshire and Isle of Wight
- Published
Polls opened across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight for the general election.
Polling stations in the 21 constituencies opened at 07:00 BST and closed at 22:00.
There have been a number of alterations to boundaries prior to this election, including the splitting of the island into two new constituencies.
There will be a live election reporting and results service at bbc.co.uk/hampshire from midnight.
You were only able to vote at your local polling station, which might not have been the same as in previous elections.
You can use the BBC's look-up tool below find a list of your local candidates and to check your constituency using your postcode.
Alternatively, if you already know your constituency you can check the candidates standing in your area below:
If you are voting in person you will need ID to vote.
