Fire causes significant damage to flat in Paignton

Fire caused significant damage to a flat in Paignton in Devon in the early hours of Saturday morning, the local fire service has said.
Devon and Somerset Fire & Rescue service said it sent eight fire engines to the blaze at a four-storey building on Victoria Street at about 04:50 GMT.
It said six firefighters used hose reel jets and an aerial ladder platform to reach the fire, which broke out in a third-floor flat on the third-floor flat.
The fire has been contained and no other businesses had been affected, the service added.
All people were accounted for and investigations were underway, with police and paramedics also attending.
