Jersey cyclists are being challenged to cycle 100 miles (161km) in September for charity.

Dementia Jersey said the fundraising event, external was a "fantastic opportunity to explore Jersey by bike or motivate you to hit the gym and go spinning while raising funds to support local people with dementia".

Cyclists have 30 days to get their miles in so they could take on the challenge at their own pace, organisers said.

The individual fundraising target for the event is £100.
