Woman arrested after man and teenager killed in crash

A woman has been arrested after two people were killed in a road collision in Perth and Kinross.
A 40-year-old man and an 18-year-old woman, who were the driver and passenger in a silver Suzuki car, died at the scene of the collision near Muthill.
The incident happened on the A823 near the junction with the A822 at about 09:30 on Friday.
The 40-year-old driver of a dark-coloured Subaru was subsequently arrested in connection with a road traffic offence.
Sgt Steve Livesey said: "Our thoughts are with the family and friends of the deceased at this tragic time.
"We are conducting a thorough investigation into the circumstances and would appeal for anyone who witnessed the crash, external or has any dashcam footage from the area this morning to please come forward.
"We are particularly keen to speak with anyone who believes they may have seen the silver Suzuki traveling along the road prior to the crash itself."
