Man charged in connection with student's murder

A second man has been charged in connection with the murder of an international student.
Mohammed Algasim, 20, from Saudi Arabia, was stabbed near Cambridge's main railway station on 1 August and died in the early hours of the following morning.
Chas Corrigan, 21, of Holbrook Road in Cambridge, was charged with his murder.
Peter Corrigan, 50, of Vinter Terrace, Cambridge, has now been charged with assisting an offender.

Cambridgeshire Police were called to Mill Park in Cambridge on Friday at about 23:30 BST
Both men were expected to appear at Cambridge Crown Court on 8 September.
Mr Algasim had been on a 10-week study placement at the EF International Language Campus.
He was stabbed in the neck at about 23:30 BST on Friday in the Mill Park area of Cambridge.
Off-duty doctors and paramedics attended the scene, but Mr Algasim died shortly afterwards.
