Man remains in custody charged with murder

A man remains remanded in custody after appearing in court charged with murder following a fatal stabbing.

David Dosa, 53, was pronounced dead outside his home on Farley Court in Luton at about 14:15 BST on Thursday, 15 August.

Yasar Hussain, 27, of Buxton Road in the town, has appeared at Luton Crown Court but has yet to enter pleas to charges of murder and possession of a bladed article.

He is next due in court on 11 November.

Det Ch Insp Nick Gardner, from the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire major crime unit, said: "We are continuing our inquiries into this incident and urge anyone who has information to contact us."
