Man pushed through window in city centre fight

A has been taken to hospital after being pushed through a window during a fight in Nottingham city centre.

Nottinghamshire Police said they were called to Upper Parliament Street shortly after 04:15 GMT on Friday where they found the 20-year-old on the floor outside The Cutfather barber shop with cuts to his leg and wrist.

The force said his injuries were not believed to be life-threatening.

A cordon remains in place outside the shop and a neighbouring business as investigation work continues.

Kadir Balanur, who owns The Cutfather, said he received call at 05:00 about the incident outside his shop.

The 44-year-old said: "I came and everywhere was a mess, there were a lot of people outside my shop.

"The police said I couldn't go inside."
