Motorcyclist dies in crash on M6 toll motorway

The 35-year-old man died close to junction six at Burntwood, on the M6 toll motorway on Friday evening

A motorcyclist died when he was involved in a crash on the M6 Toll motorway.
The serious accident involving a black, red and silver Ducati motorcycle happened at about 17:45 BST on Friday, Staffordshire Police said.
Despite efforts of motorists and paramedics to save the 35-year-old man, he died at the scene on the southbound carriageway, just after junction six at Burntwood.
The force has urged anyone with CCTV or dashcam footage to get in touch.
