Firework display moving back to former home

Wolverhampton's annual firework display is being moved after nine years at the city's horse racing course after plans were approved to build a greyhound track there.
The council said space for the event would be reduced at the venue, meaning a return to former base West Park on 1 November.
Plans for the greyhound track at Wolverhampton Racecourse, approved by council bosses last year, showed it would be built opposite the grandstand at the Dunstall Park site.
The firework event will feature two displays - one for children and the main show.
Komodo Fireworks, which will bring it to the public with council support, said both displays would be choreographed to music, "making every firework dance in time to the beat".
The event will feature a stage with live music and a funfair, as well as food and drink stalls.
Council cabinet member for city development, jobs and skills Chris Burden said the authority would like to "thank our friends" at the racecourse for helping "ensure the event continued to be a success year on year".
Mr Burden added: "As ever, I would urge people to attend professionally arranged fireworks displays like this one at West Park rather than attempting to light fireworks at home, which can be dangerous and cause injuries."
Early bird tickets are now on sale.
