Two men have been arrested after a man was hurt in a shooting in east London.
Police were called at about 18:10 GMT on Wednesday to St George's Road in Forest Gate, where a man in his 20s was found with a gunshot injury.
He was taken to hospital by the London Ambulance Service but his injury is not believed to be life-threatening, the Met Police said. The force did not reveal what offences the two arrested men were suspected to have committed.
A crime scene remains in place and and inquiries are continuing.
