Three people have been arrested after thousands of pounds worth of items were stolen from shops in Devon which were smashed open and raided.
Devon and Cornwall Police said separate incidents - which are all believed to be connected - were reported at Morrisons Daily stores in Exmouth and Ottery St Mary on 21, 23 and 27 August.
The force said a man in his 30s and a 16-year-old boy had been arrested on suspicion of three counts of burglary, while a woman in her 20s had been arrested on suspicion of one count of burglary.
All three had been bailed until 26 November, and police asked any witnesses of the incidents to contact investigating officers.
All three burglaries involved the glass front door of the shops being smashed open, the force added.
'Vapes scattered outside'
Police said the first incident, at the Morrisons Daily store on Pines Road, Exmouth, happened between 04:20 BST and 05:00 on 21 August, with about £7,000 worth of vapes, cigarettes and drinks taken.
"Two suspects were seen running towards Jubilee Drive and vapes were left scattered in the street outside the store," police said.
The same shop was targeted two days later between 04:50 and 05:30, with similar items stolen, police added, with one suspect carrying a black bag and the other a white bag.
The third incident happened between 12:50 and 01:30 on 27 August in West Hill, Ottery St Mary, when a rock was thrown through the glass front door of the store before vapes and cigarettes were taken.
Police said two suspects - one carrying a blue bag and the other a yellow bag - were spotted leaving the area.
