'Large' cannabis farm found in empty business

A police investigation has begun after a cannabis factory was discovered in an empty business premises in a seaside town.

Suffolk Police executed a warrant to search an empty property in London Road North in Lowestoft on Monday afternoon.

They found what officers described as a "large" cannabis factory, but no-one was present at the premises.

Officers remained at the scene and were conducting forensic examinations.
