Polling stations open for local elections

Polling stations have opened in Devon and Cornwall for local elections.
A third of the seats on both Plymouth and Exeter's city council are being contested.
The police and crime commissioner election is also taking place in Devon and Cornwall.
Polling stations are open from 07:00 until 22:00 BST, with the results due to be announced on Friday.
