Police have released photos of 12 more people they want to trace in connection with last summer's violent unrest in Leeds.

Disorder broke out in Harehills on 18 July 2024 when hundreds of people took to the streets, with a double-decker bus set on fire and a police car tipped on its side.

The new images feature 10 men and two women who West Yorkshire Police want to speak to.

Assistant Chief Constable Sarah Jones said: "Anyone who engaged in the lawless behaviour we saw in Harehills must be aware that their actions on that day have consequences, and residents have consistently told us they want to see the people involved face those consequences."

In total 78 people have been arrested in connection with the disorder, with 41 people have been charged, according to the force.

ACC Jones added: "We do not take the issuing of images lightly, particularly in this volume, but following the disorder we committed to the communities of Harehills that we would do everything in our power, using every available investigative tool, to bring those involved to justice and this is the next step in doing exactly that."
