A driver has been taken to hospital with serious injuries after a crash.

The A40 is shut near Little Barrington in Gloucestershire after police were called to a collision involving two vehicles.

Gloucestershire Police confirmed one man was taken to John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford.

Closures have been put in place on the road between the roundabouts for Northleach and Burford, with motorists asked to find alternative routes.
