A woman has died after a crash between two BMW cars in Leeds.

A 78-year-old woman died in the collision on Aberford Road, Woodlesford, at about 15:50 GMT on Friday.

Police said they believed she may have had a "medical episode" at the wheel.

The driver of the other vehicle was taken to hospital for non-life threatening injuries.

Officers urged witnesses or anyone with dash cam footage to come forward.
