Three medieval stone pinnacles from Beverley Minster have sold for more than £7,000 at auction.
The spires, thought to date back about 750 years, were removed from the roof of the minster a couple of months ago, with stonemasons currently working on their replacements.
Proceeds from the sale were given to Beverley Minster Old Fund, which raises money for the landmark's repair, restoration and maintenance.
Following the auction on Saturday, auctioneer Caroline Hawley said "so many people wanted a bit of Beverley in their garden".
The sale at Beverley Racecourse was filmed as part of the BBC's Bargain Hunt programme and will air later this year.

Auctioneer Caroline Hawley, pictured with one of the larger pinnacles, says she's 'absolutely delighted' with the sale
Ms Hawley said the pinnacles were carved from Yorkshire limestone and "difficult to value".
The smallest sold for £460, she said, with the other two selling for £3,600 and £3,400.
"We are absolutely delighted," she added.
Several people left bids worth hundreds of pounds ahead of the sale, but they were topped by online bidders during the auction.
The sale continued on Sunday, with the 1,300 lots including a range of collectables, ceramics, jewellery, paintings, militaria and glass.
