Lincolnshire Police appealed for anyone who may have seen the man or an incident he may have been involved in.
He was last seen at about 18:00 on Friday riding a light blue Carrera bike on Monks Road, near the Tower estate.
Police said he was wearing black tracksuit bottoms, and a light grey long-sleeved zip hoodie.
They described him as white, of average build, 5ft 7in (1.7m) tall, with short brown hair and clean shaven.
