Man arrested after alleged assault at school

A 54-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of assault after an incident at a school left another man in hospital, police have said.
South Wales Police said they were called to St Joseph's Catholic School and Sixth Form Centre in Aberavon, Neath Port Talbot, at 09:50 GMT on Wednesday.
A 51-year-old man was taken to hospital with injuries which are believed to be "neither life-changing nor life-threatening", the force said.
Neath Port Talbot Council said no pupils were involved.
"The safety and wellbeing of our students and staff are our top priority and we are working closely with the school to ensure that appropriate support is provided to everyone affected by this incident," the council said, adding police were investigating the matter.
