Man, 35, charged with murder of homeless man

Two teenagers have now been charged with Anthony Marks's murder

A 35-year-old man has been charged with murder after a homeless man was attacked while sheltering in a bin shed in central London.

Anthony Marks, 51, was assaulted in the early hours of 10 August on Cromer Street near King's Cross St Pancras station. He died on 25 September.

Harry Gittins, of Camden, was arrested on 6 December and charged the same day. He is due to appear at Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court on Saturday.

A 17-year-old girl from Brixton, south London and a 17-year-old boy from Dagenham, east London, who both cannot be named due to their age, have also been charged with murder.
