Second teen, 15, charged with murder over stabbing

A second teenager has been charged with murder after a 17-year-old boy was fatally stabbed.
The victim, who has not been named by police, was injured on Station Road, Marston Green, near Solihull, on 29 October and died at the scene.
The 15-year-old, who has also been charged with possession of a bladed article, appeared before magistrates in Birmingham on Thursday and was remanded into custody to appear at the city's crown court on Friday.
Previously, another 15-year-old was also charged with murder and possession of a bladed article.
West Midlands Police said on Thursday an 18-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder and remained in custody.
Det Insp Michelle Cordell said: “Our thoughts remain with the family and loved ones of the 17-year-old boy who sadly died.
“We are keeping the family informed of the latest developments.
