Three treated after New Year's Day flat fire

Three people have been treated for smoke inhalation after a fire broke out in a flat on New Year's Day.
Firefighters were called to the second-floor flat on Woods Close, Sholing, Southampton on Wednesday shortly after 19:30 GMT.
Hampshire & Isle of Wight Fire & Rescue Service said all three were treated at the scene by paramedics from South Central Ambulance Service.
The fire service said the cause of the fire was currently unknown and would be investigated.
