Man pleads not guilty to Illogan murder

A man has pleaded not guilty of murdering a man in Illogan last month.

Daniel Lynch, 38, of Bosmeor Park, Illogan, has been charged with murdering 39-year-old Shane Lynch between 10 and 12 November.

Devon and Cornwall Police were called at about 04:20 GMT on 12 November by the ambulance service to reports of a man being seriously injured at a property in Bosmeor Park, and Shane Lynch died at the scene.

On Friday Truro Crown Court heard Daniel Lynch had been remanded in custody and will go on trial in April 2025.
