Tributes paid to 'loving son and father'

The family of a 30-year-old man who died after an assault has paid tribute to their "kind and loving son, brother and father".
Kieran Shepherd died at the scene on Meadgate Avenue, in Great Baddow, near Chelmsford, at about 12:30 BST on Tuesday, and a 19-year-old has been arrested on suspicion of murder.
In a statement Mr Shepherd's family said: "Our lives will never be the same without him; he will be forever in our hearts.
“His loss has left a massive hole in the lives of his family and friends."

"Our family asks for privacy at this difficult time," continued the statement.
Essex Police has been granted additional time to question the man his arrest on Wednesday.
A spokesperson for the force has urged people to get in touch if they have any information that could help with their investigations.
