Detectives investigating a shooting in North Lincolnshire have appealed for witnesses.
Humberside Police said a gun was fired at the occupants of a silver car on Scotter Road, Scunthorpe, in the early hours of 20 October.
A 17-year-old boy suffered injuries to his hip and was taken to hospital but has since been discharged, police said.
Two men, aged 25 and 30, arrested in connection with the incident have been bailed while inquires continue, the force added.
Police said the silver car was on Scotter Road when a Volvo and a quad bike blocked its path, near the junction of Bristol Road.
Two men on the quad bike attempted to open the doors of the car before firing a gun into the vehicle.
The Volvo was found on fire a short time later, a spokesperson added.
Det Ch Insp Amy Keane-Christie said: "I fully understand an incident of this nature will naturally cause distress to the local community, and I want to offer my reassurance that we do believe this was a targeted attack with no wider risk to the public.
"I would urge anyone who has any information, or who may have been a witness, to please come forward, as your help could be crucial to the investigation and holding those responsible to account."
