Torbay RNLI Lifeboat and Brixham Coastguard Rescue Team were both tasked to assist.
The vessel made its way to Brixham Harbour escorted by the lifeboat where all passengers were able to safely disembark, the coastguard said.
Correction 4 July 2025: This story was changed to make it clear the passengers remained on the vessel while it was escorted to safety.
