A woman has been charged with three counts of causing danger to road users after screws and nails were found on two Lincolnshire roads.

Police said the objects were found in Hagbeach Gate and Eastgate, in Whaplode, near Holbeach.

The 41-year-old, from Sutton Bridge, was bailed to appear before Boston Magistrates’ Court. No date for the hearing has been set.

The force said inquiries into the alleged "antisocial and dangerous behaviour" were ongoing.
