Family heartbroken as cyclist dies in collision

The family of a cyclist said they were "absolutely heartbroken" after she was fatally injured in a collision.
Sally Budden, 73, was involved in a crash on the B1106 in Brandon, Suffolk, shortly before 10:50 BST on 18 October.
"Mum brought fun, kindness and laughter to everyone who knew her, and we will all miss her so much," her family said in a statement.
Police have appealed for any witnesses or anyone with dash cam footage to get in touch.
The incident involved a black Ford Focus and was attended by police, fire and ambulance crews, including an air ambulance.
Ms Budden, from Elmswell, is survived by her sons, Rob and Andrew, who issued the family statement on Friday.
"We are absolutely heartbroken at the loss of our mum, Sally, and would like to thank the emergency services and members of the public for their incredible efforts on the day," they said.
"Our heartfelt thanks also to everyone who has shared their love and memories with us."
