Two men have been arrested after fighting broke out following Stoke City's clash with Leeds United.

The Boxing Day fixture at the bet365 Stadium was marred by violence and officers expected to make further arrests, Staffordshire Police said.

A statement said two men, aged 62 and 22, were arrested on suspicion of affray on Sunday morning. "We want to send a strong message that if you get involved in disorder you will be arrested," said Supt John Owen.

Stoke City lost the match 0-2.
