Man in hospital with head injury after assault

A man is in hospital with a serious head injury after an assault, police have said.
The incident took place in St James Street, Brighton, just before 18:30 BST on Saturday.
Another man has been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with wounding, said Sussex Police. He remains in police custody.
The force urged witnesses and anyone with relevant mobile, CCTV or dash cam footage to come forward.
