Building on the development near Bicester first started in 2016 and was featured in a Channel 4 series

A new hybrid planning application has been submitted for the UK's biggest self-build development.
Developers are seeking full permission from Cherwell District Council (CDC) for "an extra care facility and supporting infrastructure" to be built on the remainder of Graven Hill, near Bicester, Oxfordshire.
A pub/restaurant, parking areas, access, allotments and public open space are all listed for permission.
The development's managing director Adrian Unitt said they had welcomed the opportunity to gather feedback from local residents and organisations.

There are currently up to 1,329 dwellings under the hybrid planning application
Planning permission was first granted in 2014, when CDC bought the land from the Ministry of Defence, and building first started in 2016.
There are currently up to 1,329 dwellings under the hybrid, including the 34 applied for in full.
Many of the homes on the site are custom-builds and the development was featured in a Channel 4 Grand Designs' series.
Developers said a primary school was already open and a community centre and further retail space would be provided.
Extensive public consultations were held regarding the new application from 2022 , culminating in consultation feedback in October and November 2024.
Developers said updates have been made to the masterplan according to the feedback and changes such as increasing the number of play areas were included.
"We've welcomed the opportunity to engage with the local authority, residents, Create Streets and the independent Design Review Panel," Mr Unitt said.
