Like States Members, non-voting members must act in the best interests of the community and any conflicts of interest will be considered as part of the application process.

The States of Guernsey said it was searching for two people to join the committee for housing as non-voting members.
The roles would provide the committee with expertise on housing-related matters, as well as scrutiny when implementing policies.
Housing President Deputy Steve Williams said the committee wanted a "diverse range of views" and welcomed applications of all ages and backgrounds.
The deadline to apply is 25 August and requires attending half-day meetings every fortnight.
The term of office would commence in October and continue until May 2029 ahead of the next general election, the States said.
Committees of the States can elect non-voting members to sit alongside States members.
The role of a non-voting member includes offering expertise, challenging ideas and offering independent advice and broader perspectives on issues.
'Real value'
Deputy Williams said: "We believe non-voting members can add real value to the work of the committee.
"We would be delighted to find up to two people with suitable experience to support the committee's work".
A spokesperson for the committee said the role would include general housing policy, affordable housing policy and government policy and initiatives related to the private market.
