A fire in an outbuilding in Sheerness was believed to have been started deliberately, Kent Fire & Rescue Service said.
Emergency services were called to the blaze in Wellesley Road at about 04:45 GMT on Sunday.
Three fire engines attended and crews extinguished the fire by 06:40.
Nobody was injured, but the cause was believed to be deliberate, a fire service spokesperson said.
In a separate incident, firefighters were called to reports of a lorry on fire at a loading bay in Suffolk Road, Dartford, at about 20:15 on Saturday.
There were no reported injuries, but the cause of the blaze is being treated as suspicious, the fire service added.
Kent Police have been approached for comment about both incidents.
