Winter festival returns to city park

The event will run at Ferry Meadows until Christmas Eve
- Published
Thousands of people are expected to attend a winter festival in Peterborough.
For a second year, Ferry Meadows in Nene Park will be transformed into a so-called "enchanted forest" which will include a lit-up willow sculpture trail, an outdoor cinema and live performances.
The event, starting from Saturday, is being held in collaboration with the National Literacy Trust.
Money raised through the festival, hosted by the Nene Park Trust, will go towards the park's maintenance.
