A man has been killed and another seriously hurt in a hit-and-run crash.
Three people have been arrested after the crash which happened on Victoria Road at the A34 Six Ways roundabout in Aston, Birmingham, just before 23:45 GMT on Monday.
The victim, a man in his 20s, was a back-seat passenger in a Ford Focus which had been involved in a collision with a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution. One of the vehicles was left on its roof.
The Mitsubishi occupants left the scene, but two men, 18 and 19, went to hospital later and were held on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
A third man, 41, arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender, is also in police custody for questioning.
The force added it believed "at least" one more person was travelling in the Mitsubishi, and appealed for them to come forward.
West Midlands Ambulance Service said it arrived at the scene to find one of the vehicles on its roof.
A second Ford passenger was treated for serious injuries and taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital, the service said.
It added a third man was taken to the same hospital for treatment to injuries not believed to be serious.
Two other people in the car were treated at the scene for minor injuries.
Officers said their thoughts were with the victim's loved ones and pledged to do all they could to support them.
The roundabout reopened to traffic about 08:15 GMT on Tuesday, with Victoria Road remaining closed for investigations work.
Police have asked for anyone with information or dash-cam footage to get in touch.
