Luton Town ground joins EA FC 24 in gaming update

Gamers can now play Luton Town's stadium in the video game EA FC 24, following a new update.
Kenilworth Road has been the only Premier League ground not included in the game since it launched in September, with recently-promoted clubs usually added later in the season.
The ground is now available for people who use an Xbox One or PlayStation 4 console, while players who own a Nintendo Switch, PC, mobile, PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X and S will receive the update next week.
Electronic Arts (EA) said it had worked with the club for its inclusion since it won promotion to the Premiership in May.
The club confirmed the news on X, external on Wednesday, saying: "Our home in #FC24".
It said the ground would be available on "Gen 4 consoles today and Gen 5 consoles from Tuesday 23rd April".
EA Sports FC 24 is the newest release of the game franchise, previously known as Fifa.
The latest instalment of the football gaming series ditched the sport's governing body's name after almost 30 years.
Despite launching in September, the game became the best-selling title of 2023.
The Hatters' ground joins more than 100 other locations already available to players.
Kenilworth Road has been the home of the club since 1905 though there a plans to move to a new stadium, Power Court, in the future.
The stadium was added to the game thanks to a long-standing partnership between EA Sports FC and the Premier League.
In a statement, EA said: "Game developers have worked closely with the club to authentically represent the stadium as it stands today.
"From Kenilworth Stand to the David Preece stand, fans can experience Kenilworth Road in all of its glory."
