Jury discharged as murder trial collapses

The trial of a man accused of murdering a pregnant woman has collapsed.
Filmon Andmichaen, 31, denied murdering Liwam Bereket, 26, in woodland off Freeth Street in Ladywood, Birmingham, on 1 August last year.
He also denied a charge of child destruction.
Birmingham Crown Court confirmed the trial was unable to continue and the jury had been discharged.
