A woman has appeared at court charged with murdering a man.

Tuche Coskun, 21, is accused of killing Gavin Hubbard, 42, in Welwyn Garden City in Hertfordshire early on Sunday morning.

Coskun, of Central Avenue, Enfield, north London, has also been charged with causing actual bodily harm and being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.

She appeared at Luton Crown Court via video link from Peterborough prison.

In a family statement released earlier this week, Mr Hubbard was described as a "wise, kind, funny and loyal" father and grandfather.

The defendant is next due to appear in court on 8 August and a provisional trial date was set for 28 October.
