Man charged with murder over flat death

A man has appeared in court charged with murder after a man's body was found at a flat in Southampton.
Ian Jupe, 58, was found dead at the property in Mountain Ash Close on 28 May.
Hampshire Constabulary said: "Enquiries into the circumstances of his death led us to believe he had been killed."
Tom Ellison, 35 of Mountain Ash Close appeared before Southampton Magistrates Court earlier, charged with murder and theft.
He was remanded in custody to appear at the city's crown court on Tuesday.
