Four teenagers have been arrested after stabbings in Dudley on Sunday evening.

West Midlands Police said two 16-year-old boys were arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent, while an 18-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy were arrested on suspicion of violent disorder.

The arrests were related to events in the Netherton area shortly before 20:30 BST, police said.

West Midlands Ambulance Service said it treated a man on Chichester Avenue and a teenage boy on Morville Road who were later taken to hospital, with police confirming the pair had stab wounds and were among the arrested four.

The ambulance service described the injuries as serious.

Police said all the arrested individuals remained detained on Monday.

Inquiries were continuing, they said, and urged anyone with information to contact the force which confirmed property was damaged during Sunday's incident.
