The family of a father who died after being hit by two cars whilst crossing the road outside a pub have paid tribute to him.
Thirty-seven-year-old John Foyle was struck by a purple Ford Fiesta and black Honda FR-V on the A420 outside the Greyhound pub in Besselsleigh, Oxfordshire, at about 22:00 BST on 29 May.
Mr Foyle's family described him as the "most loved and loving son, brother, husband and father".
A 60-year-old man from Coventry, who was arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving, has since been released under investigation.
In a statement, Mr Foyle's family said he was "loved by all of his family, close friends and colleagues".
“We would like to thank everyone who was with John at the scene to try and help save him,” the family added.
Thames Valley Police are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage of the incident.
