A man, described by police as a predator, has been jailed after sexually assaulting a teenage girl in Cleethorpes.
Anthony Fawcett, 54, of King Mews carried out the attack at a business premises on Grimsby Road in 2022.
Fawcett denied the charges but was found guilty following a trial in May and was sentenced at Grimsby Crown Court on Friday.
He will spend 14 months behind bars and has been placed on the sex offenders register for 10 years.
Det Con Nikki Culton from Humberside Police praised Fawcett's victim for her "bravery and courage" throughout the investigation and court proceedings.
She added: "Fawcett is a sexual predator who preyed on a young girl for his own sexual gratification.
"I’m pleased he is now behind bars where he can no longer cause harm to our community."
