Presenter's stand-up comedy debut for Comic Relief

BBC Hereford and Worcester breakfast presenter Tammy Gooding has tried performing stand-up comedy for the first time for Comic Relief.
She took to the stage at The Arch Rivals pub in Worcester for the challenge, and said prior to her set she was "terrified."
Following her performance on Wednesday, comedian and host Dave Flynn said "she did really well, kept the audience engaged, got them all up on their feet."
Ms Gooding said it was tough, but it was a nice audience, and "another thing to tick off the bucket list."
The presenter said that before her performance she had "some words in her head," and if they came out in order they might be "mildly amusing."
But she said if they did not, it was not the end of the world, as it was being done for Comic Relief.
Comedy night host Mr Flynn described it as a "very good first effort," but called the team at BBC Hereford and Worcester "very mean" for making her do it.
One of the many groups benefitting from the money raised by Comic Relief is The No Name Choir Coventry, which was set up to help those affected by homelessness.
The choir was not just about singing, but also supporting people and sharing a meal, said Sally who runs it.
"For some people it can be the only hot meal they have each week."
The choir was "very grateful" for the support Comic Relief provided, she added.
