A grandfather who died in a crash has been described as the "anchor" of his family.
Michael Ramstedt died in a two-vehicle collision on the B4070 in Birdlip, Gloucestershire, at about 05:30 BST on 2 July.
Paying tribute to him, his family said the 58-year-old "loved his family more than anything" and was a "devoted" husband and father.
A man in his 30s from the Cotswolds was arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving and released under investigation while enquiries continue.
Mr Ramstedt was born in Gloucester and raised in Cheltenham with his brother and two sisters.
He had two sons, two daughters, eight grandchildren and two dogs, his family said.
"He was a funny and hardworking man who always tried to find the positive in every situation," they said.
"Michael was the anchor of the family and will be greatly missed by friends and family alike.”
Anyone who witnessed the collision, which involved a grey Nissan Qashqai and a silver Kia Picanto, is asked to contact police.
Gloucestershire Police also want to speak to anyone who saw the vehicles prior to the incident or anyone who has dashcam footage and has not already spoken to an officer.
