Road shut after two sinkholes appear

A road has been closed off while authorities make an area safe following the appearance of two sinkholes.

Cambridgeshire Police have shut the West Street junction with Elm Road in Wisbech for safety reasons.

Police said an investigation was under way and a corner has been put up at the junction.

It is unclear when the road will reopen. Council highways staff have been asked to attend and make the area safe.
