Man charged after death of man at Aberdeen flats

A man has been charged in connection the death of a 37-year-old man in Aberdeen.
Police Scotland said they were called to reports of an injured man at Elphinstone Court in Tillydrone on Monday afternoon.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
A 37-year-old man is expected to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Wednesday.
A large area has been cordoned off and a police tent has been erected outside the building.
Det Insp Andrew Machray said: “Our thoughts are with the family and friends of the man who died at what is a very difficult time for them.
"Our officers are providing support and the family request privacy as they come to terms with what has happened.
“I’d like to thank the local community for their patience and assistance while enquiries are carried out."
