Flooding 'possible' as rainfall warning issued

Forecasters have warned flooding could return to parts of south-west England due to heavy rain.
The Met Office issued a weather warning for rain from 00:00 to 14:00 BST on Wednesday covering most of the region including Devon and Cornwall along with areas of south Wales and England's south coast.
It said along with possible flooding, the forecast heavy rain and strong winds could cause disruption to travel services and power supplies.
The warning comes days after heavy rainfall led to flooding across parts of Devon and Cornwall including Plymouth, Modbury, Torpoint and Looe.
The Met Office said heavy showers and some thunderstorms were forecast during the warning.
It added some places covered by the warning, external could have 40-60mm (1.5-2.3in) of rainfall during a six to nine-hour period.
"Coastal gales are likely for a time, especially along English Channel coasts," the Met Office said.
The Environment Agency issued flood alerts, external for the following locations in Devon overnight on Tuesday into Wednesday:
River Axe area
Rivers Otter and Sid and Exmouth area
River Teign area
South Devon Rivers

Floodwater caused damage in parts of Plymouth after heavy rain overnight on Thursday and Friday
Several areas of Devon and Cornwall were impacted by flooding caused by overnight rain on Thursday and Friday.
People living in the Laira area of Plymouth said they were forced to leave their homes and had cars written off after flooding in the area, while Keyham also had floodwater on its streets.
Derriford Hospital had to temporarily close one of its operating theatres due to flooding and businesses in Modbury said they had been forced to shut due to flood damage.
In Cornwall, Trina Crawford - landlady of the Fishermans Arms pub in East Looe - said floodwater had created a "river" down the side of the venue.
