Children injured after crash outside school

Seven children were injured, including one who was taken to hospital, after a car hit them following a crash outside a school.

They were walking outside Westgate School in Cippenham Lane, Slough, at about 15:25 GMT on Wednesday when a black Audi and a red Hyundai crashed, with the Hyundai going on to hit the children.

The child taken to hospital has since been discharged. No one has been arrested.

Thames Valley Police's PC Mark Drewett appealed to anyone who saw the incident or has dashcam or CCTV footage of it to contact officers.
